Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you buy a painting from zillajschoeman.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They don’t take away any of your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

The paintings
Every painting is an original watercolour and ink on cotton paper, painted by me. Each one is a one of a kind piece, about nine by nine centimetres, framed in natural wood at 17 by 17 centimetres. Screens show colours differently, so the painting may look slightly different in real life from the photos on the site.
Buying a painting gives you the painting itself. The copyright stays with me, so please don’t reproduce the image for sale or print without asking me first.
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African Rand and are shown on each painting’s page. Delivery is added at checkout, as set out in the Delivery Policy.
You can pay by card through PayFast or by EFT. Card payments are handled by PayFast on their secure page, and I never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
If you pay by EFT and the payment hasn’t reached my account within 5 days, I may cancel the order and put the painting back on sale.
One of a kind
Because each painting exists only once, it is reserved for you when you place your order. If two orders for the same painting come in at the same time, the first one paid gets it, and I’ll refund the other in full.
