Return for Refund policy
If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when it was received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact, the return must be logged within 15 days of receipt of the garment. We do not reimburse any shipping costs, and return shipping is at your own expense. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase. For internal quality and service improvement purposes, we may ask a few questions about your return, but this will not affect the approval or processing of your refund in any way.
Exchange policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or variation, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Replacements are subject to the same waiting times and must meet the same return conditions — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returning and resending replacement items are at the buyer’s expense. Once the original item has been received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched.
